1. The Evil Within
As the Ninja grieve Lloyd's apparent death, Jay and Nya follow a mysterious green light to clues from Master Wu's library. Meanwhile, in the Land of Eternal Dawn, Ras receives evil counterparts of the Ninja and sends them to attack the Crossroads.
2. Nowhere to Go
The Ninja defend the Crossroads against their evil reflections, forcing Arin to choose between winning the battle and saving civilians. Meanwhile, Jay and Nya return to her parents' blacksmith shop.
3. Seeking the Lost Soul
Arin travels to the Spectral Lands in search of Lloyd's soul, where he joins Egalt and Morro to protect spirits from Soul Suckers transformed by Thunderfang's Chaos Energy. After learning that Lloyd never entered the realm, Arin discovers a message from Master Wu that gives him a new lead: find Gardoz.
4. All Tides Bow
The Ninja uncover King Thalor's control over the Red Sea and race to stop Ras from stealing the Icon of Flow. As the kingdom faces destruction, Arin confronts Ras alone, and Kai unleashes a powerful blast that destroys the doubles; however, Ras escapes with the sixth Icon.
5. True Victory
Ras revisits the defeats that helped him uncover the secrets of the Source Dragons, from his experiments beneath the City of Temples to forging the Icons of Focus and Energy. His conversations with his mysterious master reveal the grief driving his plan to undo the Merge and restore the Tiger Tribe.
6. A Heart of Fire
The Source Dragon of Motion guides the Ninja toward Gardoz in the Land of Echoes, and Kai puts Wyldfyre in command while she looks after a stranded child. When the skies turn black and the Evil Ninja attack the Destiny's Bounty, Wyldfyre must learn to trust others to keep the ship safe.
7. The Shape of a Soul
Pursued by Administration Agents, the Ninja follow the Echo Road toward Gardoz, but Zane and Pixal become separated from the team. Confronted with memories of their creation, the two must trust their feelings to escape the road's trials and reunite with the others.
8. Against the Natural Order
Gardoz reveals that restoring Lloyd and Master Wu requires six cherished memories. As the Ninja sacrifice those moments and defend the Soul Loom against the Recoil, Lloyd and Wu regain their bodies; however, their return gives Ras the signal he needs to locate the final Icon.
9. The Gift of Life
Lloyd and Master Wu return to the Monastery, where Wu reveals why he caused the Merge and Arin confronts him. As the returning MergeQuakes threaten the realms, Wyldfyre leads a rescue team to the Crossroads while Ras obtains the Icon of Life.
10. Land of Eternal Dawn
While the Evil Ninja fight the young Ninja at the Crossroads, Lloyd and the others confront Ras in the Land of Eternal Dawn. Ras uses the seven Icons to defeat the Source Dragons, including Riyu after he becomes the new Dragon of Balance; as the realms pull apart, Ras' master takes physical form.
